HAPPY NEW REAR Boot Camp 2017
Happy New Rear Boot Camp at the FLEX is a personal training program that will consist of four sessions totaling 16 weeks, each having a focus but also including cardio, strength training, and flexibility. You may choose to participate in one or all of the sessions, beginning in whichever session suits your schedule. Please check the registration deadlines for each session!

Session 4: May 1-26 (Registration ends: April 28)
Session 3 & 4 Classes will meet Tues/Thurs at 9:30 am, or 6:00 pm and Saturdays at 7:30 am

Member: 1 Session–$250

Non-Member:  1 Session-$450

You will receive ALL of the following:
• Up to 4 weeks of a personalized Boot Camp program (see session schedules)
• Up to 2Fitness Assessments (beginning and ending of each session if desired)
• Boot Camp T-Shirt

Nutrition Package Add-on:
Member: 1 Phase $85, $10 discount each additional phase Non-Member: 1 Phase $85, $10 discount each additional phase

You will receive ALL of the following with the Nutrition Package Add-on:
• One on one goal setting session/meal plan prep session
• Weekly check-ins concerning your food journals
• One on one feedback concerning your journaling/progress
• Access to Kelly via email/text for any nutrition related questions
